They Raiders are valued at 6.2 billion now. I just need something similar to that if you have any locks. Thanks ahead of time.

Build a shop/home or Barndominium near the water. Rent it on Air BnB. Put the rent money back in the mortgage each month. You’ll pay the house off in 5-7 years, sell it for $400k. Use $150k of yours to profit $250k off the bank in 5-7 years. Rinse and repeat.
