Hits so hard they were loud even in the upper deck.
Kyle Parker deliberately speared to crack his ribs.
In the fourth quarter they were repeatedly carting players off on stretchers. Bodies laying on the field right and left.

I was about 40 rows up behind our bench and the pads were popping like I have never heard. Parker was crying on sidelines he hurt so bad. I have been to a lot of college games but that was the hardest hitting and sometimes dirtiest one I have ever witnessed. And darn if we didn’t almost pull one out that night at Jordan/Hare.

You must have missed the Bowden years then. We definitely had more Finesse Players Back then.
