I don’t get NIL…

It isn't like the players are getting a free education to better themselves… If they want the money, work for it. Get to the NFL and make the money. Grind. That’s the problem with equality and equity. Equality is every player having the same chance to work their hardest and make a future out of it (NFL or job force). Equity is the end result, believing everyone should make the same amount across the board. Just like those starting work at McDonald’s should not make the same as someone who’s been at Bosch 20 years. The problem with this generation is entitlement, and this NIL will be the downfall of college football.
