I expect that our Orange Bowl opponent

Dec 17, 2022, 8:26 AM

Will “bring the house” on every snap to pressure the Quarterback in his first start. Hopefully the coaches are preparing for this. The OL will have a big impact on this game. Do you feel comfortable with this and will the Tigers have a plan to offset this attack on Klubnik?

Has any team ever played a game in which the OL does not play a big part in the outcome? Football is about the big boys not the little ones.

I bet we do the same as the qb for UT is new.

Milton was starter over Hooker last year if I’m not mistaken

If Clemson wins the Orange Bowl and like some people on here who want to talk about how bad we are going to beat some team, I still say IF, check "beatdown" quotes before the Notre Dame game. So, if we beat Tennessee, I can't wait to see "Finedumb's" show and hear his excuses why "terrible Clemson" beats a top tier SEC team.

There you go. I really get tired of the “we’re gonna win by 63” crap on here. Sets you up for a letdown no matter how good we play. This is a quality opponent with talent all over the field and a great scheme even if it’s a little gimmicky. We are going to have to outscore them to win and it will be a meaningful win if we can.

I'm not listening to Finebaum.

I don't care what he says.

They might get a sack.

Dec 17, 2022, 11:06 AM

They will pay dearly if they think they have linemen or LBs who can run this kids down.

Time for the OL to ball out! Give Cade some proper protection, and we will enjoy a great performance. Might have to use more quick stuff over the middle to loosen them up, then mix it up good. All depends on our OL doing its job.

I think you will see more hurry up on the offense now that we have a qb that can process what he sees a little faster. Streeter will feel more comfortable using the hurry up with Cade in my opinion. I know the offense line depth may be an issue but the offense can speed up and slow down as they need to.

A few successful series of quick throws, screens and draws will curb that approach.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Without hooker they ain’t gonna do much.

Dec 17, 2022, 3:12 PM

Not worried about them

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Have you seen Milton's numbers?

Dec 17, 2022, 5:22 PM

He's not chopped liver. Plus they do have a solid running game too.

I hope they do

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Personally more confident in Cade to handle than Streeter

Dec 17, 2022, 5:38 PM

Cade will largely handle it and win the game.
