this defensive secondary is the best I have ever seen us have, top to bottom. I've seen better D-Line and Linebacker play over the years, but these DBs right now, at this point in the season, are so tuned in they are riding in the receivers hip pockets, just waiting to bat balls away that come their way, for the most part. We still have the occasional bust, but less than most teams.

Coach Mike Reed deserves a big, fat raise. So does Coach Goodwin. We may have to start referring to Wes as our Baby Faced Assassin.

Agree. Thanks for Wes and his defense for carrying our water this and last year. Same thing for 2021 but BV did the heavy lifting.

These guys stay close, have great anticipation and are not afraid of going after the ball. I remember the days of guys laying back and only hitting the receiver after he possessed the ball.

Based on only the interception Barnes made, he may deserve a look at WR too. That was a filthy catch.

and shockingly we did it without the portal ... how possibly could we do that? You can only be good if you use the portal .... that is the prevailing argument...
