Majority of recruits (not just the ones that have committed) that have visited Clemson this summer were impressed with the former players on coaching staff, support staff, helping with camps, paw journey, etc and cite that they see the value and would love to have similar opportunities when their playing career is over.
They loved the fact that Dabo hires former players and that everyone working on staff seemed just as happy as the players do and they listed this as one of the top reasons that they were seriously considering the Tigers.

Hope so. If not, I think we'll get a good one. Was going to be tough this year no matter who the coach. Barring injuries, no PT for next two years... Especially in our offense. Now if that changes this year where we're running a back 20 times a game, then we'll get a 5* next cycle.
Just my uneducated guess.

With the RBs that we have right now, it will be tough sell to get a top RB to come in an sit, or to only get a a dozen plays in a season. Dabo usually talks to every recruit, and he hasn't done well with helping CJ to get a top RB to commit either, just saying, don't blame CJ for having 3-4 RBs that could start for about any school in the country, praise him, don't put him down bc, our RB love what they learn from CJ, and they have said as much!!!!

Every elite team has good RBs on the roster yet UGA Bama Ohio and others sign good RBs (at least one) every cycle. So CJ may prove to be the Goat recruiter but so far he has not scratched on a single recruit after 1.5 cycles
