calling. The third time we got the ball deep in opur own territory in the second half, I told my son, we have got to forget field position and just call whatever we need to, to move the ball. In the first half, it seemed like we threw it on first down. Second half, run, run, scramble,punt. I thought about that scrimmage we had where the offense took the opening drive 70 plus for a TD, and then went NINE straight possessions without a first down. Same thing happened last night. I also thought Watson opened things up on the edge. After his three and out in the second, due to a rookie receiver cutting off his route, I would have given him the next possession. At this point, I think by the 4th game, he will be the starter. And lastly, I would give Adam Choice every rep at tailback in practice. Every rep,and let him learn whatever he can as far as pass pro, because, we do not have a threat at tailback. There were some gaps there last night that were not seen. We have got to have a pure runner or this is going to be a long year.

Next week we need to give the most talented guys the reps.

I saw some flashes last night of what our young(er) guys could do. We need to get them the live game experience to be more prepared for FSU in 3 weeks.
