That people and families are losing their jobs. Fortunately they are well compensated but it’s still never a good thing

It’s basically just a revolving door. Colleges and high schools just swap coaches around every year. No one is really losing anything but their home when they move. Just the nature of the business. Be hard for me to invest a lot of time and money into a place to live if I was coaching.

I get what you are saying, but I don’t feel any more emotion for them than I do for traveling salesmen. In fact, probably less. This turmoil and chaos is just as much a part of the job as the actual coaching. Plus, being paid WAY into the six figures or more limits my emotions even more.

LOL, the tears are just streaming down my face, poor guys, but I bet not a coach in the country that has been fired are not looking to the snap program to feed themselves or their family, but I hope that mine isn't late bc I got to eat;)

They are better compensated than you would be if your boss
gave you the axe. Thats the downside of coaching but they
choose that life.
