I would be surprised if he still had a committable offer from Clemson. I think we've moved on.

At the same time I’d be surprised if he had a committable offer to OU. That’s if Venables truly stands by his words that he’s not going to poach or go after our recruits. If he does then it takes a bit of the luster off of his comments for me.

He never said he was not poaching recruits. He specifically said that Clemson is an awesome place, and spoke with our 3 de-commits and reiterated that fact, recommending they reconsider their decommissioned.
That was all he said.

He’s not poaching. OU was already recruiting him.

Offered before we did. Now there’s a coach there he really likes and it’s a helluva lot closer for him and his family. I have no problem if this kid changes his mind.

Once again if you don't want to be here then by all means go else where. I want all the not fully committed players to get the hell out now. Let's do it all in one shot and move on.The sooner you get the weeds out of the garden the better.
