Our defense is going to eat this kid alive. 90% of his passes are <5 yards. He made a couple of good throws but what was more telling is how bad Mizzou's CBs were on those passes. He tends to stare down his receivers. We are going to pick this kid off at least 2 or 3 times (if he doesn't get knocked out of the game early, he got hit by mizzou but they were really weak hits) unless he improves greatly in the next 2 weeks.
I thought he looked better than their other two QBs

And I can't believe I'm saying this about a Will Muschamp offense but it looks like they're being smart with him. Mostly safe throws to build his confidence and an occasional throw downfield when they get a receiver one on one with a cornerback. And they've got some decent talent at wideout and TE. But having said all that, I think we'll be fine against him. We'll get pressure on the quarterback and I'm not sure he's ready for a really good defense on the road in a hostile environment.
