They never were DJ's fault, but you couldn't explain it to those who were convinced it was his fault. All we needed to do was get rid of DJ and everything would be perfect. We had a 5 star QB sitting on the bench and he would turn us into world beaters. I never bought into that because I had two eyes that made it clear we had problems and we still do.

This goes beyond QB play. We are getting very little separation at WR. Should have brought in some portal guys. The swag on defense is gone as well. Agree that all of this is far from DJ's fault. Should have guys like Higgins, Ross, etc. still on the roster but don't and it shows.

It was partly DJ's fault. Oline mediocre. Receivers bad. Coaching questionable.
