I wouldn't call DJ a dual threat. To me, a dual threat is a QB who you constantly have to keep an eye on because they can tuck it and run for a first if you don't have a spy. But a good QB doesn't have to be a dual threat. I don't know that there's any dual threat QB who really went down as a legend in the NFL. All the best ones are pro-style. It's why it's called pro-style.

Agree with both of you. Vick and Lamar are the two best. But no one's ranking Vick as a top 20 QB of all time. Lamar is really good, but he's too new to be in the discussion.

I would call Elway and Montana pro-style QBs with a little bit of athleticism. You rarely saw either tuck it, though it wasn't impossible for them. Elway averaged about 2.5 carries a game over his career and 4 ypc. Not bad by any means, but not really a dual threat kind of guy.

DW was a fairly good dual threat qb. Easy I can't figure out is why DJ doesn't face the end zone when he runs, he's completely turned around.
