I wish the ND games counted as Conf games.

That would make me feel better about giving them a bowl game. And it would count towards our 9 games in confrence. Also, if they loose more than half of their ACC games, they don't get one of our bowls.

Is there anything definitive saying they won't count?

I think they should count as a conference game as well, just for the sole reason that they obligatory games. I don't see why the ACC wouldn't allow this if they are set on a nine-game conference schedule. It would actually further cement the idea that ND is partially in the ACC.

I think they may have to back to 8 with the ND games added. ALL the coaches are against the 9 games and with traditional rivalry games and a ND game added, that leaves only one game.
