I don't think it was unfair. WHat should have we have been? 21? Ok. We made our bed. We can always build back up and prove people wrong, but I don't see the big deal now though. Bama should drop 5 spots or so imo. They will still win the game probably though.

It will sort itself out. It always does. I am not that worried where we are ranked now though sknowing that the playoff is out. Let's say we win out and end at #7 or 8. That's cool I guess. I am already looking at this season as a building season. I don't think we win out though.

Many teams ahead of us are just off of record alone. Again, look at Coastal. They haven’t beaten anyone. We lost by a pick 6 to the team that everyone is fawning over on here. Yet we suck. Some people can’t get their story straight. Our other loss was in 2OT on the road to a team picked to possibly win the conference. We beat an undefeated conference team last week and went backwards. Who else goes from 3 to 9 to 25 and out like that?
Did you miss the Georgia Tech and Boston College games? Even games against unranked teams are tight.

We are ranked where we are due to just how god awful the offense has been.
We have barely beat or lost to every D1 team we have played.
Deserve to be unranked.

How in the world can you say we got screwed? This team is 3-2 with an offense that’s ranked 119th and a defense that isn’t even in the top 25. Clemson is not one of the 25 best teams right now and I don’t think anyone without orange glasses on would debate that. Hopefully the team gets better.

This isn’t about A&M dropping, they are unranked. Their 2 losses are not the point. It was about Bama not dropping 25 spots after its first loss. We have 2 losses and a clear near miss vs BC, and a very low ranked offense. Bama won’t and shouldn’t drop 25 spots. Likewise we didn’t drop a lot the last few years with a first loss, even to a poor team.

This goes with my other questions about the polls.
UGA will be #1. Iowa will probably move up to #2.
The question is how many one loss teams will be ranked ahead of Cincinnati?
Corollary to that question: How high will Michigan go? Will they jump Cincy? How many one loss teams will be ranked ahead of them?
