Which team(s) will you be happy leaving in the dust?
Personally, I wouldn’t be missing NC State. They annoy me in every way.

Boston College. No where near us, no real history aside from modern-day, and - just like you said about NC State - they just annoy me.
I agree about a few like NC State grinding my gears, but at least we go way back and have huge history with them. So that's cool with me, and what I'd end up missing. But the new guys? Nah.

so, barring something completely unforeseen, I think it's just a matter of time before the league implodes whether that is by law suit, negotiations, or mass exodus.
That said, NC State would be at the top of my list of teams that I would be happy to leave behind. Other would include UNCheat, Pitt, Virginia Tech, Virginia, Syracuse, and Boston College. Frankly, they can take Wake and Dook with them too.

1st Tier - Good Riddance - Syracuse!
I hate the fans, hate the stadium is also a basketball arena, hate that the mascot is a color or a fruit, hate that we have played two Friday night games there. I will never watch any of your games again. Hurray!
2nd Tier - If you are not 1st your last - Pittsburg, Louisville, Ga Tech, NC State
I'd rather play your instate rival and stop pretending to care about your teams and school. Go join a conference with South Carolina, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Texas Tech, Iowa State, Michigan State, Oregon State, Washington State and Cal and we can call it the "Also Ran Conference"
3rd Tier - - Boston College, Wake Forest, Duke
Look I like your guys. I do! But if you do not care about your football program why do you expect me to? You can replace any of our group of five teams on the schedule, but I won't put any label on us being official and I am not coming over to your place.

the rest can just go away. BC and Syracuse never made sense to me. VT and Miami were just 'had to add' schools to make the FB better since the rest the conference was basketball and olympic sport focused. That turned out well. LOL.
