If it was part of LSU's strategy last night to fake injuries

Jan 1, 2013, 9:08 AM

so they could slow down Clemson's fast pace offense and get subs in and out, IMO it was poor sportsmanship.

It seemed like an LSU player was down on every other play especially in the 4th quarter.

If they were faking, it was an academy award performance

If they weren't then they were completely out manned

What category?
I would suggest "Best Performance by a Starting Defense",but they were not even the "Best" starting defense on the field.

For what it's worth, Will Merritt was livid about it after the game. It was very poor sportsmanship but didn't bother the offense at all.

Either poor sportsmanship or SEC weak...

Yes, there was no way Clemson could beat down a great
sec defense. I loved it!

on the field

Jan 1, 2013, 9:45 AM

LSU's defense was on the field for 100 plays...they were worn out by our great Tigers!!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

THey were pulling up lame every other play and The clock

Jan 1, 2013, 9:48 AM

stoppages helped Clemson get more plays in. In the end, if they were faking, they only exacerbated their problem of fatigue.
