can be locked into the schedule. Like 3rd Saturday in October (Bama vs Tenn), World's Largest Cocktail Party, Red River Rivalry, We really have nothing that compares.
Also create more border war games. FSU vs GT should be played every year. Clemson vs UNCheat should be played every year. Border war games drive interest and energy. We miss those in many ways in the ACC.

either G-Vegas, MB or Charleston.
Second, I would alter the football championship so that the best 2 football teams in the ACC played for the 'ship. Switching divisions around won't accomplish this because everything is cyclical. While I don't see Clemson and FSU backing down anytime soon, one of the two will eventually hit a rough stretch (please God let it be FSU). So if you tried to solve the problem by putting Clemson in the other division, and you hit a couple years where Clemson and GT, or Clemson and Miami are the two best teams in the ACC you're back with the same problem. The difficulty with just throwing the 2 best teams regardless of division into the ACCCG, is unbalanced schedules, but I contend you have that under the status quo as well.
Third, I would launch an official ACC Network, that is on equal footing with SEC and B1G networks. I know it's not as simple as just wanting a network and poof, it's done. But look at the ACC product right now. FSU won the football natty 2 years ago, and made the playoff last year. Duke won the bball NCAA championship last season. UVA won in baseball. As much as I hate it, FSU, Duke, and UNC are national brands in their respective sports, but Clemson is getting there. The product is there for the ACC to be successful with their own network.

Notre Dame needs to be either in or out. This half in the conference garbage is terrible. North Carolina needs to understand there are consequences for bad behavior. Having a biased alum as the commish is not helping them in the long run. Florida State needs to get there collective crap straight or they are going to get killed by the NCAA. Maybe put them on double secret probation.

Commissioners not allowed to have affiliation with member institutions
Commissioners bring in outside negotiator if relative of commissioner is working for any company that is in contract negotiations with conference.
ND will be subject to a “buy-in” penalty if they don’t commit 100% to conference within 2 years.
