Being up by 14 at the half in basketball is the equivalent of being up by 37 points at the half in football.

14/3 (maximum points per possession in basketball assuming there is not a foul on every shot) = 4.66 possessions required to tie the game

4.66 possessions x 8 (maximum points per possession in football) = 37.33

We are ahead by 37 points right now. This should help you get your bearings.

Can you do this with W/L records as well? What is Clemson’s bball record in comparison to football?

And could you also do the reverse and put football points into basketball points for the 63-17 whipping we gave lil bro?

And I can remember him telling me that there were no JC Penny's planned for Jasper, Missouri, and that he had never heard of Brad Wesley. I don't know if this is true, but if so, it was a major error in the movie that the editors missed.
