I do think we need to curb the illegal immigration, FTR. Also, I'm down with humans. It's ok to treat everyone with kindness and respect regardless of their color or where they are from.
Maybe MF's like you that hate non-whites should find a new spot. I'm sure Russia will take you.
And I totally understand why people want to come here, and it's for the same reasons your ancestors came here assuming you aren't from a people that were sold and forced to come here.

Legal immigration is one thing. What is going on now is ridiculous.
We are paying a terrible price with the influx of drugs across our southern border. Ellis Island immigrants were screened for communicable diseases and turned away for a variety of reasons.That is not happening now and drug resistant TB is coming in.
Legal immigration is fine. Allowing this massive influx of unvetted people into our country will have deleterious consequences.
Fareed Zakaria, a brown Muslim born in India who didn't use the cartel to enter the country or lie about being persecuted to get in the country, sees this as a very serious problem and acknowledges that Trump's policies were correct in somewhat deterring this influx.
The spigot needs to be turned from a firehose spraying indiscriminately to a well controlled garden hose.
Legal immigration is beneficial. What is going on now is not and is not sustainable long term.
It's a shame we can't get both parties to agree to secure the border now and then work on comprehensive immigration reform. The border is not secure and that should be the first thing that is addressed.
In the meantime, Biden needs to do his job and do what he can to stem the tide. This is insanity what is going on now.

Yes, that's true, but Biden's reversal of Trump's policies and giving the very real impression that the gate is open, has greatly exacerbated this problem.
Biden no stranger to executive orders, who used executive orders to reverse Trump's policies, has stated he was unable to do anything to help stem this influx, but now that the election is approaching and with his numbers re: immigration in the toilet, appears ready to do something, how convenient.
Biden flying in folks is an especially galling move.
This is a brilliant way to game the census and thereby gain congressional seats.
The Dems likewise don't want to fix this mess.
Unaffiliated nonpoliticians could fix this mess. I'm not convinced the current 535 entitled pols in DC will do anything that is truly effective.
