To me it seems like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound and does still does not move the needle in the amount of $ that we are losing compared to the other conferences.

It is like a band-aid on a wound but when there is no way to get to a hospital, a band-aid is better than nothing. I would also ask what you would consider as a better option?

I’m not very excited……..but……..Stanford is an outrageously rich school. How does a 37 Billion dollar endowment grab you?
Didn’t seem to help them in any way with the PAC12. It appears that it doesn’t matter.

Cal is a bunch of whack-job whackos who suck at football and are 3,0000 miles away
Stanford is ok but 3,000 miles away
SMU hasn't been good at football in 40 years and are not in our region, either
