Is Notre Dame Hurting ACC Football?

Notre Dame has currently won 28 straight regular season games against the ACC. During that time period, Notre Dame is 28 - 2 against the ACC in regular and post season games.

This year Notre Dame beat the ACC Division Champs by an average score of 40 - 23 and outgained them by an average of 138 yards per game. You can say that win over Clemson knocked Clemson out of the playoffs.

Since Notre Dame played 4 ACC and 3 Pac 12 teams, lets compare Notre Dame game results. Notre Dame was 4 - 0 against 4 ACC teams with an average record of 7 - 5 by an average score of 41 - 23. Notre Dame outgained those 4 ACC teams by an average of 187 yards per game. Notre Dame was 1 - 2 against 3 Pac 12 teams with and average record of 6 - 6 by an average score of 22 - 24. Notre Dame was outgained by those 3 Pac 12 teams by an average of 37 yards per game.

The ACC already has a perception problem and Notre Dame's continued ACC dominance will only enhance that problem.

Dirt if like Clemson is yo cooterville foitball . Sure you will barely beat us when we have a very diwn year but on average you will get a best down 7 or 8 oylut of 20 time. Bye bye coot you smell of dodo ice
