Me: plays gimme shelter…

Wife: oh that great.

Me: it reminds me of this letters home from Vietnam doc I saw. Let me find that.

Wife: yeah that was great.

Me: plays a dozen clips or so. All of which establish conclusively whether you love America or not.

Wife: I can’t handle the tiny screen.

Me: Okay

I was watching the Masters yesterday and the wife smiled and asked if I would like to watch The Resident, which she is currently binge watching.

I retreated to another room to watch the Masters while she watched something that is as far from reality as can be. It is truly one of the dumbest representations of medicine ever.

This morning she announced with great concern that the Golden Bachelor and the Golddigger are splitting after 4 months. It didn't help that I said,"I don't care." It was even less helpful when I joked, "I hope he beat her."

We'll move on to geopolitics soon. At this pace, I may get lucky around the fall equinox.
