since the reg. season ended. CFB has turned into a money grubbing game with no loyalty from coaches or players. All chasing the money or greener pastures. Some truly seeking more playing time, I can understand but they need to sit out a year. I'm afraid, it is only going to get worse.

I think OP is talking about liking/watching it, not how to go forward. Not saying we shouldn’t adapt, but the big picture is losing fans and killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.

i think that it has improved competition and the game

there are probably 10 teams that a strong case could be made for the top 4 slots

I agree with that statement, but the other 120 or so need to also if not thrive, retain enough interest, fan base, and money to be more than just fodder for the big boys. I could see ratings for some broadcasts going up while the net eyeballs and general interest level go down.

At least that’s what the chicken bones are telling me, haha.

Very sad.

It’s really only hanging on because so many people like us have made a habit of being passionate fans for so many years.

But I think slowly but surely most of us are going to drift away from it.
