His time in Atlanta should be over. The approach needs to change and it starts with Snitker. Need 2 starters and trade a power bat for a high average left fielder.

I don’t know if Snitker should go.
But Ozuna should’ve been gone after his DUI. Regardless of that instance, he is just not a reliable hitter anymore.
We have good regular season players like Arcia and Ozuna at SS and LF, but we need some more proven postseason stars in those positions. Especially SS.
And yes, a 3rd big starter is key. I don’t really know of any particular names, but it’s likely an ace for a team for a bottom half MLB team.

They went cold after the 5 day lay off. The Phillies are hot and their pitchers are unhittable right now. The need for another quality starter is apparent. Strider does not need to go anywhere. Look at his stats for the entire season.

Not having Morton hurt us but in hindsight wouldn’t have mattered … we pitched well enough to win this series the offensive that broke all kind of records just looked terrible at the plate

As Yogi said, good hitting beats good pitching and vice versa. The Phillies pitchers were really good.

Braves had their opportunities tonight, couldn’t make it happen. Still was a fun season. I’ll be pulling for the Rangers now.
