Hopefully, this hasn't been discussed too much already, but it's been a wild two weeks for this guy. First, he has a moment of self reflection when he realizes the stolen election narrative was a straight up lie. He found this out because in the Freeman defamation suit Giuliani admitted to lying about the Georgia election workers.
What followed next is he endorsed DeSantis, and let me tell you how well his audience took that. It's basically all replies to the effect of "Rino" or "we don't need neocons." I just found it funny because of how many word for word responses I've also seen here. Then seemingly realizing who pays the bills this guy has gone all in on the "weapon weaponized DoJ" rhetoric over the last 24 hours. It just breaks my brain to watch a guy go from "I can't believe I got duped by these a holes" to "those same a holes are really the victims of a vast government conspiracy."

a person of something should start with a basic premise you both can agree on. In politics, it's getting to where you have to go further and further backwards, but it's still possible. When it gets into flat earth territory though, no chance. I remember posting some at home science experiments you can do to disprove some popular conspiracy theory talking points, two guesses how that went.

Maybe Trump would have lost by more than 12k votes if not for the 30k dead and ineligible inflating his total?
Rudy's confession to lying about it all was just a cover to prevent the discovery that he is in contempt of court for not providing in the Freeman lawsuit. That discovery was not going to go well for many in the Trump camp considering the organized crime case now firmly afoot.

The bottom line is the sheep believe what they believe about Trump. Trumpers believe what they believe. There's enough 'information' on both sides to support each side. There's no pragmatic way to vet every source of information, so what do we do?
I have a ufcking great idea - let's use common sense. The left may have a few valid points about Trump. Most are far exaggerated and fall into 'you can't tell a firecracker from an atomic bomb' category. However, Trump and (I'll go there) all his illegal shenanigan's are not the 'biggest threat to the country.'
The biggest threat to the country is the same as it has been since WWII. It's the commie socialists. The same ones you saw in Oppenheimer. The ones who 'want a better life for everyone.' The same that took over the USSR. The same that took over Germany. They all have a grandiose vision for how the 'commoners' should be governed. The gubment is the savior according to them.
So, you can wallow in your Trump did this or that blah blah blah, but Trump is not a socialist and he is not for bigger gubment and more gubment control over everyone's freedoms. It is the democrats and the sheep of the socialists/globalist elites that must be stopped.
So, in the question of Trump vs. a Democrat Socialist - there is no question who to vote for if your goal is to preserve the viability of the USA. If you goal is to continue the fundamental transformation of the USA from what made it great to socialism - vote democrat.
