told Trevor Lawrence to “just do what you did at Clemson” during halftime yesterday. It would not surprise me to find out this is true, and I think that it says a lot about the staff we have here. Hopefully he’ll be able to unlearn some of the bad habits he’s picked up in the league.

and while helpful with field of view, they also send a strong signal that I don’t want to socialize with people at this time. That could help TL when dealing with dumb reporters at press conferences.

He was told to play just as he had been coached by Streeter as a tribute to him for the first half. Then Pederson had a pep talk with him at half and instructed him to play like he would imagine Garrett Riley would coach him and well, we all know the rest.
