and thinks another one his neighbors stole it out of revenge, and is keeping it until such a time that the first neighbor suffers a mental breakdown and then the cat can be discreetly returned. It's caused quite a ruckus on the neighborhood facebook page, to the extent where kids are fighting about the cat on the playground. Now all the neighbors are keeping an eye out for it. There is a secondary issue about tires in another neighbor's front yard where a cat might get lost but that's another matter.
