32 teams would allow matching NFL schedule/playoffs…

…scrap the 12-team playoff, and go Full Monty.

It’s still not clear to me how the bottom half of that 32-team league will compete financially for NIL dollars, so, this would not seem to work that well.

This league would have to adopt salary caps and contracts, just like the NFL. I think this works as we’re pretty much already there with NIL contracts.

This 32-team league has to see the value of the NFL financial model to level the playing field for this new league.

And, there will still be a market for the non-32 colleges as the revert back to the original roots of college football.

Under this model with a level, controlled financial contracts model, Clemson MAY be able to find themselves a member of Club 32.

Let’s do it! Who can drive this to fruition? bretfsu®????

I think the FBS should be subdivided into two tiers as the Group of Five teams can never really expect to compete in the CFP even when undefeated. Maybe restructure FBS, FCS, Division 2 and Division 3 into six tiers. Makes no sense now.
