On my way to get a covid test.

Started getting real "sore" all over last night. First my hip got real stiff nd achy, then both knees, then shoulders, and I realized overall body aches. Then I went outside for a few minute and came back inside and I was cold. It was still 60 degrees out side. Took temp and it was 99.9.

Could be flu or any number of viruses going around. About to find out.

I mean body aches, fatigue, the runs. Sore throat. HORRIBLE pouring sniffles, sinuses screwed up, hacking cough, headache, loss of smell and taste. ONLY thing I haven't had is a fever. Still had chills though, when I didn't have night sweats. And it lasts like 1-2 weeks.

Super cold #3 is running through the house right now, again. Eff this mess. I just take 2 at home tests, 3 days apart. Gives you like a 90%+ accuracy on negative. Of course positive is like 99% accurate. I'm done driving 20 minutes, waiting an hour or more, then waiting 2-3 days for results of a PCR test, so then it's negative then I can FINALLy schedule a doctor's appointment for like 2 days later after that. For him to tell me I have a cold.

THEN when I get over the cold part, I end up with a sinus infection, then rinse and repeat with doctor. Now my kids can get whatever, and walk right into the pediatricians office for an in person visit, PCR test, diagnosis, antibiotics, whatever. One and done.

And it runs slowly through the house. Oldest son started this one two weeks ago, then me, now middle son has it. That leaves wife and youngest. First time youngest started it. Takes a month to get everyone healthy again.

And here I am walking through the grocery store hacking up lungs and everyone looks at me like I'm the grim reaper.

Next time I'll print my PCR test results and hang them from my neck so everyone can see.

Good luck. Either the tests don't work anymore, or there's a shadow covid going around with every #### symptom. Since August/September btw. Right in the middle of delta it comes through, then right in the middle of omicron. Effit. I also need a younger doctor who isn't a 30+ minute drive away. Working on that one. He was/is a great doctor, and would be worth the drive if he hadn't sold his soul to the local hospital conglomerate. Downhill since then.
