- - - strike down vague laws that DoJ’s had historically been entrusted to enforce fairly and evenly, but in the most recent three decades have been used by hyper politicized DoJ’s to selectively prosecute their ‘enemies’ while selectively not prosecuting their ‘friends.’

SCOTUS can rule via interpretation of hopelessly vague laws the activities of a president can’t be prosecuted fairly. Treason is one such example, but the ridiculously broad definition of treason that the Uniparty promulgates for Trump won’t work. Bribery is another example.

Challenging an election, at least prior to new legislation enacted in 2021 or 2022, is not one of those rare, specifically argued examples.

Presidential immunity, if historical cases in the USA are considered (which they will be considered by SCOTUS) will be the basis for ‘formally defining’ those historical cases as ‘presidential immunity within the outer perimeter of the president’s allowable activities.’

Thus, no ‘new’ law will be created out of thin air.

Following this case, Congress should sit down and grind out ‘acceptable activities’ with great specificity for each act. Then, SCOTUS can rule about which aspects of the ‘acceptable activities for POTUS’ are constitutional.
