I would say recruiting DJ set us back a few years. Didn’t fit our scheme at all. Then Georgia humiliated him on opening night and we know the rest.

All three reasons you listed are the coaching staff. They call the plays, they recruit the players and they develop the players.

this is why being ranked #49th on offense is inexcusable.
You talk about an inexperienced OC; then the pumpers argue that the players aren't good enough. You argue recruiting has fallen off, and they say that "the coaches know what they are doing look at Renfrow." You say players aren't being developed and get ignored.
At the end of the day, it's about production, and that's on coaching.
