The judiciary was therefore excluded from this matter of Hillary’s crimes.

If Trump and his minions lied to the Feds and tried to obstruct justice, I'm fine with charging him.
However, why are you ok with Hillary knowingly deleting over 30K emails, scrubbing her server which by her usage of it exposed classified material and in true cave woman fashion had phones destroyed with a hammer?
Was she just bored and like an untrained dog basically chewed up the furniture for fun or was she trying to hide her activities and obstruct justice?
We all are well aware that she wasn't indicted, but now Trump is being indicted for trying to hide information.
Both would appear to guilty of obstructing justice.

I have no proof that she didn't provide classified documents when asked to return them.I never stated that.
Since over 30K emails were destroyed which may have contained information on her favorite paint color vs whatever else, you have no proof that all classified material discussions were returned either. We will never know what was on those emails, but if it was completely innocuous and she knew Congress said to leave them be, why destroy them?
The emails and server were wiped AFTER Congress explicitly requested that none of this material be destroyed. This was an intentional act AFTER this material was subpoenaed.
Hillary Clinton is a very intelligent person. Her actions were not those of a bumbling rube. She obviously had something to hide, she hid it and there were no legal repercussions for her deliberate activities to hide from Congress her activities.
I'm not ok with what Trump did, but unlike you I don't think Hillary should have gotten a pass either. I also don't see why Biden will probably skate for taking classified materials as a Senator, which is completely unjustified and illegal.
I am not comparing on scale the activities of Trump, Clinton or Biden, but don't see why you seemingly are ok that Hillary skated and Joe probably will too.

Jack Smith has to prove that Trump obstructed justice, which means he has to prove intent. How that turns out has yet to be determined. Same thing with Clinton, the Justice Department needed to prove intent in order to make an obstruction of justice charge. They couldn't do that. Also, emails have senders as well as recipients. Are the Clinton emails also in the system from senders/recipients? Which classified documents is the National archives requesting that Crooked Hillary needs to return? Do you even know? No, you don't. You're desperately trying to make a whatabout on Hillary when the 2 cases are substantially different. If evidence could be provided to prove Hillary's obstruction, I would say do it. But Trump's DOJ was unable to come up with proof, which is required for a possible conviction. That's how these things work.
