Dabo said the same thing after the game..basically that we blew it!

But we got those Red Elephants 2 times later in a Natty, and HOW!!

Yep we were. Nick knew it too. That’s why he did the inside kick. Mackenzie Alexander going out in the 2nd quarter cost us that game. Too many blown assignments in the secondary after his exit. Special teams killed us too. Missed FG, onside kick and kickoff return for TD. Way too many mistakes.

I have a bone to pick. The game you reference was played in 2016 but was for the 2015 championship as the entire season was played in 2015.

You make sense, but it's called the 2016 Playoff National Championship or the 2016 National Playoff Championship (I've seen both used).
