Just watched abbreviated version of New Mexico States conference Championship ga

I was thinking that conference was gonna be a joke but I read where they were feeling slighted by only getting 6 teams in the tournament?
That win yesterday was against San Diego State. You may recall they were the team that lost in the National Championship game last year.
It looks like we will have our hands full, how Chase Hunter deals with their guard House will likely be the biggest key to the game. I bet we put Clark on Jamal Mashburn Jr.
I think our bigs will have the advantage if we can get past their guard play. House is actually top 10 in steals per game in the country. I can see why they are favored by 1.5 in this game given the hot streak they are on vs how we’ve tanked.
Here’s hoping our Tigers show up and show out!
