This is within the margin of error, although Trump has consistently polled better for many months. I don't know this for sure. But my guess is that Kennedy's presence helps Biden, because I think Kennedy will siphon away more Trump-leaning voters.

Kennedy is polling best in heavily blue states like California and Washington. Biden is polling considerably worse than in those states than he did in 2020. Partly bc Trump is polling better but mainly bc Kennedy is taking votes. This, to me, proves Kennedy is taking away a significant amount of votes from Biden. Trump is also ahead in every battleground state. He is over 10% ahead of Biden in Florida.
Florida is no longer a battleground state.

The Republican Never Trumpers will now vote for Kennedy instead of choosing between 'no vote' and Biden. Without Kennedy, Biden would pick up some of those votes.
