Maybe everybody else already knew this but they were doing like football announcements on William Byron’s pit crew and he was one of them. Seems a lot of teams have former football guys. One was from OSU and another one was from Wake Forest. Some big boys on pit road.

He was actually on WCCP last week doing an interview.
He said that he has got William Byron to be a Clemson fan!

They do, and that's bc they need strong athletic guys on the pit crew, and X FB line backers and Defensive ends are the type of athletes they need for that job. They will bring them in and train them to do just a certain thing when the car is coming down Pit road, and that's all they do. I would have loved to had one of those jobs bc they pay a lot on the top 20 pit crews....
