Cade can throw with excellent velocity and accuracy, he just needs to progress through his reads and see the open receivers better. It will come

I noticed that when we line up 3 by 1 he never looks to 3 side and forces passes to the 1. He might be coached to do that, not sure, but it makes it look like he won’t make reads.
