I remember seeing Joe Burroughs play the year before Joe Brady, and he looked very average. In comes Joe Brady, Joe Burroughs plays lights out. Let's see what he can do with DJ.

Also read multiple places that he HATES recruiting. That team he coached up was full of transfers he didnt have to recruit. Can't say I like that as a long term solution.

good points above, but i think making some decisive moves ASAP, even if not splashy, would do us some good, have to think Dabo's had a plan in place for this very situation for quite some time

I don't get why so many hate on Elliott and take away from our offensive success prior to this season by saying it was due to our talent and that Jeff Scott helped, but then want Brady whenever he only has 1 year as an OC in college where he was a CO-OC and had the #1 overall pick at QB, a 1st round pick at RB, 2 1st round picks at WR, and a 2nd round pick at WR. I know the NFL is different but he made it less than 2 years in the NFL before getting fired. I'm not saying he isn't/can't be a great OC in college, I just don't get how Elliott is completely written off while Brady is given so much credit.

You mean in the 1 single season without those guys in which he had a poor performing OL, so many injuries at receiver that we were down to just 2 true freshman as our only scholarship guys at the position, and a QB on top of all that playing with a split on his throwing hand and a hurt knee? That's still more than Brady has proven without Burrow, Jefferson, Chase, etc...
