I personally don't care about him any more or less than any of the others who don't take the time to pronounce our name correctly, even though it has been on the national radar for decades. Triggered much?

I agree about the Z. But probably 75% of the Clemson fans I know and actually talk with face to face (most of whom live in upstate SC) pronounce the P.

This may not be a popular opinion on this thread, but Pate is a pretty good, non-bias host if you listen to his stuff. He's constantly mis-pronouncing things as a way to drive emphasis. Take a deep breath.

He’s cautiously disagreed with Dabo’s philosophy on a few things but he always had nice things to say about us.

I always listen to him. Of course he’s not always right but the one and most important thing that you have to give him is that he loves the sport as much as you or I do.
