Remember, his HC at OR ST hit the coaching portal and is now at Michigan State. I can see why he entered the portal, especially since Oregon State is one of the two schools in PAC 12 left behind.

He abandoned his team before the bowl game, exactly as he did at clemson after he got benched for being a terrible qb.

I believe they can play but why would coaches let them? Let's play and reward the guys that will be here next season is the philosophy. That's my understanding.
