Chanting then Booing after an absolute blatant targeting (concussion) call. Been saying since '89 when we beat the brakes off of the Major Harris led Neers in the Gator Bowl. Worst fanbase I've ever experienced.

beatdown in '89 probably cost us some points in the 70-33 Orange Bowl debacle. As they say, Payback's a Beyotch. Whichever way it goes. Someday, we will play them again, and watch out when we do.

what you mean. I still consider it an absolute coup that Dabo was able to lure BV away from Oklahoma. Blame nepotism for it. Bob Stoops had basically demoted Brent to bring his brother on board as CO-DC. I do believe Brent Venables didn't take kindly to that. And for that we should be eternally grateful to Bob Stoopit.

I've attended, as a large crowd of my family and friends drove down in three cars.
Stayed in St. Augustine, went on a dinner/gambling cruise offshore, attended festivities in J'ville, had a great tailgate with West Virginians and other Clemson folks, and got to meet and chat with Danny Ford the day after the game.
It remains somewhat special, as it was the last Clemson game my folks were able to attend, and I knew they had had a great time.

I have family that graduated from WVU. They are all great people. So I may be biased. Never been to a WVU game.
