last night, at home. That Quad 4 loss dropped Memphis' NET 8 spots and they are now a Quad 2 loss for us. Some of our other opponents (past and future) moved up a few spots and our overall NET actually gained a point from 34 to 33.

We are now:
3-4 Quad 1
3-1 Quad 2
3-1 Quad 3
5-0 Quad 4

Remaining games:
Quad 1 - 2
Quad 2 - 6
Quad 3 - 3

Hopefully they can right ship enough that it doesn't turn into a Quad 3 & Ga Tech can tread enough water to stay Quad 3 thru season.

They’re on a pretty bad slide right now. 4 game losing streak and few quality win opportunities left on their schedule. Doubt they will get back to quad 1.

Not surprising as there will many more losses and the Final 4 teams may wind up with 5 or 6 losses each. There are players all across the land and any team can win on any given night.

Memphis lost key player Caleb Mills in early January and they haven't recovered. He was the leader and true glue player. They peaked in December.

Yep and that's one of the flaws with NET. We lost to a different Memphis team than the one that is tanking right now. Computers don't account for that, but humans on the selection committee should.
