See a lot of noise wanting Brownell gone, but nothing on women's side. Just curious on others thoughts.

We expect big things from football, MBB, and baseball.
Men's soccer, and women's for that matter, has been a huge bonus, along with softball.
We give the new sports a long leash and display enthusiasm over most any development.
Volleyball and WBB we accept as necessary evils to satisfy Title IX.

Volleyball will have a facility finally, provided they made the ceiling high enough. Our vb and both bb coaches will probably move on. VB such great college sport - hopeful new facility is going to turn us around.

She needs to produce next season. I'm disappointed with this year. Thought we'd be better.
I think if it weren't for her bringing in another 5* this cycle, you'd think about it. I just don't think Neff will fire her. We've had some close games this year but just couldn't hold up.
That said, she had a major rebuild from where we were. She's up against it in recruiting. Obviously dawn has the state. North Carolina is tough to recruit. She needs to really bring in some height through the portal. I'm hoping with the 5* top 10 shooter, some will come and next season is it.
Unlike others, thanks for caring. Women sports at Clemson is crushing it.

Florida fired her cause she plateaued there but we hired her in hopes she would bring us to that same plateau level of being tournament level

No one cares about women's basketball.
It's hard to care after they got rid of Jim Davis just so they could hire a woman.
WRT men's basketball, it's the ass-licking Brownell trolls that cause so many discussions.

Women's basketball is just a horrible sport in general.
But specifically regarding your question, Brownell has had more than twice as long to succeed - literally - than Amanda Butler. You could argue that she needs more time, or that he's had too much. Or that they both need to go. But there's a clear distinction in tenure and BB has far outlived any reasonable timeframe here.

Why the adm has held on to Brad with his underperforming teams I will never know. He must be well like among the adm is all I can guess.

She has had much less time. Coach Butler seems to be making progress and is one or two players away from willing these close ones she is losing now.
