Men's Soccer: Clemson 3, Boston College 2 Final

With the win against the Eagles tonight at Historic Riggs Field, Clemson improves to 10-4-2 on the season and 5-2-2 in ACC play. Clemson's final 2 regular season games are next week in Syracuse and 2 weeks from tonight against Duke at home to close out the regular season. Syracuse and Duke have combined to win 3 ACC games, so Clemson should be favored, especially against the Blue Devils at home. Clemson led 2-0 at the half and scored one goal in the second half and held on to win the game. This team is much better than the one on the field the last couple of years with many of the same players. One of the biggest differences this year is the presence of Tommy McNamara, who's here for one year after graduating from Brown. Many of the others will be back in 2014 (barring departure for the pros), so the future looks very bright.
