Ship is very important to this team. He just needs to work on his attitude. He is a great pass blocker and receiver, he's a reliable running back, and more importantly he gives us some needed depth.

This isn’t going to be a popular opinion but I would rather ship move on. I think he has attitude problems and possibly a locker room cancer and I don’t believe he and spiller mesh well. I also have never liked splitting carries with 2 backs. I think our run game would be much more productive if Mafah carried the load and we used Haynes and Adams for change of pace. Mafah gets better the more work he gets. And besides, every deep playoff run we’ve made we’ve had a no doubt #1 back (Gallman and Travis)

I do understand your point but I think if he does come back, it will be with a better attitude. I think he will want to demonstrate some leadership skills and maturity to improve his draft stock along with more production and fewer fumbles.

Regardless, I think it is a win-win no matter how it goes.
