I know, I know...FOCUS.
I was hoping to get everyone's opinion on buying these things. No chance I have enough IPTAY Priority Points, I'm UDP...so it's the secondary market for me.
Would it be better to wait until New Years Eve postgame, or buy now (approx. $850 after fees)?
- Do they flood the market when we win and prices go down, or do prices go up when we win?
- If by some chance we lose, thoughts on resale value?

I would first call the ticket office to make sure - with 20k tickets they have opened it up to most people. If you have to go aftermarket I would wait until after the game. First the tickets are $500/ea so not cheap if we don't make it but there are likely to be some fans from losing schools trying to dump them.

If anything like Orange Bowl stats say wait...I have 2 tix through IPTAY for game and can't make it...and can't sell for face if that tells you anything.

Try through Iptay. I don't see them turning folks down, though there will undoubtedly be restrictions as with the OB. We have a larger allotment for the NC, and with the increased price and travel distance, I can see the demand being about the same (losing some, gaining others) or less than the OB.

Deadline was today at 4:30 PM through Clemson. They have to hope some are left for general public now.

20,000 tickets. My guess is with the ticket prices and the location of the game it will make it all the way through all ticket requests for IPTAY members. With 12,500 Orange Bowl tickets every IPTAY member could get at least two. You probably should have ordered from Clemson.
