In an association, what allows legal challenges to
the rules of the association. If players and / or universities don’t like the rules, don’t join the association.

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote that college sports are a business and that they have a monopoly.

He said it violates a law from the 1800s

All these jackleg attorney generals wasting tax dollars to sue the ncaa so some kid can learn no loyalty is the right thing. If you work for a company and they off er to pay for your college most times you have to agree to work for them for so many years after wonder why this same jacklegs attorney generals don’t sue those companies?

The States with the schools challenging a one time transfer rule, are representing themselves and other schools that are using the transfer portal to purge their scholarship roster to cover their recruiting misses.

When their was no T.P., programs had to live with their mistakes.
