New(?) feature at the game yday - drum team performance

My last game was La Tech, so maybe not the first time the band’s drummers performed, however, that was a great addition to the game experience. For those that didn’t/haven’t seen it, during one (OF THE MANY) TV timeouts, about 15-20 members of the band’s drum section did a 2 min performance that was pretty entertaining!

While I think I have seen a similar performance elsewhere, it was a nice diversion to the usual practice of watching the seconds count down on the timeout timer - held by one of my least favorite game fixtures - that guy in the red shirt (I know it’s his job; but I don’t have to like it… sigh).

Didn’t have it on camera with a mic so it was hard to hear (from my seats anyway)

They did a shorter version at the NC State game but it was not amplified over the loudspeakers like it was yesterday. It was entertaining. Much better than trying to watch which helmet the chip is under…..

I remembered seeing it at the State game but definitely wasn’t as loud as yesterday it was amazing, blew my daughters mind when they held that one guy upside down she was going crazy
