Tugaloo, I found my stereo system, FINALLY.

I just purchased a new setup that I’m really enjoying. Yamaha RX-v1700 driving a pair of Definitive audio DP8’s. It’s paired to a Sony DVP NC85H 5 disc. 150$ for the setup! brag over.

Now I’m in the market to get a new record player as my old record player isn’t worthy of hooking up to this system.

If you got all that for $150, my hat is off to you.
The bottom line is what it sounds like to you.

I just spent a year looking at all used audio gear that came on line.
I was in no hurry as I had no home to set it up in. I scored some decent gear and just this month have it hooked up (Bonnie Tyler is testing it as I type).

I bet your system sounds great, invite me over to hear it.

Does the DP8 look like this? I did a web search on Definitive Audio DP8, which turned up no speaker photos.

Definitive Audio makes a complete line of speakers. Their top line is very good.
