Can't think of his name off the top , but I got my money on that DB from Hampton , Va . Goes to the same school that Tajh went to , Phoebus HS .

He is announcing late in May and he really likes Clemson and I wouldn't be surprised at all if he picked us especially if he takes one more visit like he could do but he seems to like Stanford a lot also.

I find it interesting that so many potential recruits lately have offers from both Clemson and Stanford while Dabo and David Shaw, the HC at Stanford, are such personal chums.... On Dabo's invitation, Shaw made a visit to Clemson recently and the gist of the meeting (as far as I could discern from the post) was "a feel good, we're on the same page, we're trying to do the same thing, an 'I'm Okay - You're Okay'" kinda' mutually aggrandizing attitude towards the success of each other's program - as if we aren't in competition with each other. I just find it interesting.... Otherwise, not regarding actual commits, but we have just offered a dual threat QB of the 2017 class (regarding which/whom you can find in an earlier post.) Film-wise, IMO, he looks promising - perhaps as an RB, or an athlete - but he's tossed 22 interceptions in his first two years of high school. Hmmm.... maybe.

He was in Clemson as the quest speaker of the Clemson High School coaches clinic. Every year they invite a different coach into speak.

Possibly Overton or McDoom because we will prob only take one more WR, so next one to commit, gets in.

McDoom will not be at Clemson unless we lose out on Overton or lose a WR that is committed. Overton is the guy the staff wants.
